Hi everyone! Took me ages, I know. Haven’t even written the July post yet – oh wait, has June passed already as well?!
I promise to write one on those two months later on.. on the 28th of August, lets say. It will not be difficult to describe though. This is what I’ve done since leaving Hamburg in May: UNI DUTIES.
Yeah, my summer time this year has, once again, been full of university.
And, am I upset about it?
NO
Not at all.
Don’t take me bad, I love enjoying my life and believe I am living mine right. But on the other hand you need to sacrifise some of your time to move forward, right? Even if it means not having a summer for the .. second time in my life? I am sure you know what I am on about.
I had a thought about it and I find very important to keep it mind your goal and compensate your stressfull time with complete off days, if you realy can’t avoind stressed situations. (Or you could just do what my friend does – to fall asleep anytime you get stressed still can’t believe how he does it but obviously – that is also a way.)
Anyway, after (right after) submitting my second (and the ultimate) Master thesis of my life, the Verca’s England time came. Besides seing Stonehenge few times once again and was on a day trip in London, with two great guys, I have been studying for my state exams and the thesis defence, send my first full-time job application ever (yeah, biotechnology!) and (the reason this post was created) ‘ve done some baking today – look!
Looking at my table full of yummies and the suitcases next to it, it is time to leave England and get back home. One wedding, family and friend meatings and couple of dog shows is waiting for me before THE day – the day of my state exams and the thesis defence at the end of August. Sounds like interesting 15 days are coming. And I honestly can’t wait. No irony.
Love this life full of excitement, action and experiences. So yeah, back to the topic: Dear tomorrow, you may approache now, the food is ready!
