What type of ticket?
There are no student tickets, although there are some trimester ones, which for people at most 25 years old are cheaper.
Now you have the ticket, lets see how you can get to places.
To uni
There are 2 train lines going to uni, one from placa Cataluna (the central square) and another one from Snt Andrew (north part of the city). Depending on your location one, or the other is better.
Inside Barcelona
There are buses and metros connecting all its points, although the quickest way to move inside Barcelona is by bikes. There are public bikes which you can use.
Inside Spain
Barcelona airport can be reached by metro, or train which is inlcuded to the city’s tickets. From there you have Ryanair, Vueling and Wizzair to a lot of places, inside or outside Spain (Morocco is very cheap to go to). There are also buses which are the cheapest way for last minite booking and trains which can be relatively expensive.
